DEED OF FOUNDER STATUS

Be it recorded:

  1. Token 0x4a9DA2831A691E7C4aca594CaFd58c35e0131fD1 (Base, genesis block 49364826) has a fixed supply of 1,000,000 LUKO.
  2. Within the capital of LUKO stand two founder holdings — LAMBDA and DELTA — the only registered holdings in the capital, pari passu in all founder status, recognition, and rights arising from the genesis of the project. The remaining issuance belongs to the functions of the institution — Market, Operations, Reserve — as recorded at genesis.
  3. Each founder holding is represented on-chain by 190,000 LUKO (19% of supply):
    1. 50,000 LUKO transferred outright;
    2. 140,000 LUKO delivered by non-cancelable on-chain stream through 24 August 2027.
  4. There vests in the owner of each holding, absolutely and in perpetuity:
    1. title to the allocated holding — free of restriction, consent, or notice;
    2. the full right to hold, use, transfer, or dispose of it;
    3. an equal, undivided share in the name, the mark, and the works of LUKO;
    4. founder status of record;
    5. freedom from any obligation arising herefrom.
  5. The allocations are enforced by the contracts themselves. Founder status exists independently of any future activity, valuation, or subsequent ownership of the tokens; it is final, irrevocable, and cannot be amended or reassigned.
  6. The deed is issued by the technical deployer; the signatures of both founder holdings constitute mutual recognition of equal founder status.
  7. Upon both signatures, the contract becomes: Sealed.

  1. Tokeno 0x4a9DA2831A691E7C4aca594CaFd58c35e0131fD1 (Base, genesis blokas 49364826) emisija yra fiksuota — 1 000 000 LUKO.
  2. LUKO kapitale įtvirtintos dvi steigėjų dalys — LAMBDA ir DELTA — vienintelės vardinės dalys kapitale; jos lygiavertės (pari passu) visame steigėjų statuse, pripažinime ir teisėse, kylančiose iš projekto genesis. Likusi emisija priklauso institucijos funkcijoms — Market, Operations, Reserve — pagal genesis įrašą.
  3. Kiekviena steigėjų dalis on-chain išreiškiama 190 000 LUKO (19 % emisijos):
    1. 50 000 LUKO perduodami iš karto;
    2. 140 000 LUKO tiekiami neatšaukiamu on-chain srautu iki 2027 m. rugpjūčio 24 d.
  4. Kiekvienos dalies savininkui absoliučiai ir amžinai priklauso:
    1. nuosavybės teisė į priskirtą dalį — be apribojimų, sutikimų ar pranešimų;
    2. visa teisė ją laikyti, naudoti, perleisti ar disponuoti;
    3. lygi, nedaloma dalis LUKO vardo, ženklo ir kūrinių;
    4. įrašyto steigėjo statusas;
    5. laisvė nuo bet kokių iš to kylančių įsipareigojimų.
  5. Paskirstymą užtikrina patys kontraktai. Steigėjų statusas galioja nepriklausomai nuo būsimos veiklos, vertės ar vėlesnės tokenų nuosavybės; jis yra galutinis, neatšaukiamas ir negali būti keičiamas ar perleidžiamas.
  6. Aktą išleidžia techninis diegėjas; abiejų steigėjų dalių parašai reiškia abipusį lygiaverčio steigėjų statuso pripažinimą.
  7. Gavus abu parašus, kontraktas tampa: „Sealed" („Užrakintas").
